Substances
10 medium to giant vine tomatoes
1 giant onion
four tbsp olive oil
1 tsp combined herbs
half of tsp chilli flakes
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
150 ml purple wine
1 tbsp of purple wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
100g feta cheese
Black pepper
