2 cups dosa batter (fermented)
Salt to taste
Little water (if needed)

. 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables

. 2 tbsp butter
. 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
. 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
. 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
. ½ tsp red chilli powder
. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
. Salt to taste
. Fresh coriander leaves
. Lemon juice (optional)

Butter (for roasting)

👨🍳 How to Make Pav Bhaji Dosa
Step 1️⃣: Prepare Pav Bhaji Filling
Heat a pan, add butter.
Add chopped onion, sauté till golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till aromatic.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli powder & salt. Cook till oil separates.
Add mashed potatoes & boiled vegetables.
Sprinkle pav bhaji masala and mash well.
Add little water, cook 2–3 minutes.
Finish with coriander & lemon juice. Keep aside.
Step 2️⃣: Make the Dosa
Heat a dosa tawa and grease lightly with butter.
Pour a ladle of batter, spread thin in circular motion.
Drizzle butter around edges and cook till golden & crispy
Step 3️⃣: Assemble Pav Bhaji Dosa
