Apple pie samosas
2 cooking apples, peeled cored and chopped
50g castor sugar
1 tsp floor combined spice
25g floor almonds
four sheets of filo pastry
25g low fats unfold, melted
Low fats yoghurt, to serve
Warmth oven to 200’c
Put the apples, sugar, combined spice, sultanas and floor almonds in a pan, add 2 to three tbsp of water and prepare dinner with lid on for five minutes, stirring a couple of times.
Tip the combo onto a shallow dish to permit to chill.
Lower the filo sheets into 3rds lengthways then brush with the melted unfold.
Put a spoon of the apple combination on the highest of every strip at one finish, then fold again and again to create a triangular parcel.
Place parcels on baking sheet, I put a lining of greaseproof paper on the sheet additionally, bake for 15 to 20 minutes till crisp & golden.
Mud with icing sugar.
Serve with a dollop of low fats yoghurt to dip into when you like.
