Chilli Lemon Cod Loin with broccoli & tomato pasta
150g tenderstem broccoli
100g dried spaghetti
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/2 tsp flakes sea salt
1/2 tsp coarse floor black pepper
2 cod loin about 150g every
1 tablespoon olive oil
100g small vine tomatoes halved
three spring onions chopped
Recent squeezed juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp candy chilli sauce
three heaped tablespoons chopped contemporary parsley
Lemon wedges for squeezing
Firstly boil some water and add pasta, trim the broccoli and minimize every stem into halve holding the top intact.
Cook dinner the spaghetti for 10 minutes then add the broccoli and prepare dinner for additional 2 minutes.
Whereas the pasta is cooking combine the chilli flakes, salt and pepper and flippantly sprinkle both aspect of the fish, pour the oil in a deep sided frying pan and warmth to medium, fry the fish till cooked then set the fish apart, drain the pasta and broccoli and put within the frying pan together with the tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley and candy chilli sauce.
Cook dinner for two minutes tossing within the pan till the pasta is coated and the tomatoes softened.
To serve halve the spaghetti and so forth onto plates and place the cod loin on prime, serve with a wedge of lemon….. so tasty
