Easy Sausage traybake for our night meal tonight.
Nice for flavour, wholesome along with your 5 per day greens, low in carbs and never a lot washing up ❤️👍
High quality sausages
Cauliflower florets
Stem Broccoli
Pink onion, lower in wedges
Celery, diced
Carrots, sliced lengthways
Sweetpoint peppers, sliced lengthways
400g tin butter beans
Apple sauce
Pink currant jelly
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
In a roasting pan, line with greaseproof paper
Place the sausages and the greens (not the butter beans) within the tray, drizzle with olive oil amd toss till coated, season with Maldon salt and black pepper and roast in oven at 200’c.
After 20 minutes, flip the contents and place in oven once more for additional 10 minutes, add the butter beans, flip once more and roast for additional 10 minutes.
Take away from the oven and dollop apple sauce and purple currant jelly in your bake …
