Easy supper with minimal fuss however nice flavours once more tonight
Pork Sausage traybake with fennel, greens
With the deepest wealthy caramelised onion chutney due to the queen of jams n chutneys Mary Wyer
6 basic high quality pork sausages
three carrots, quartered size methods
2 medium parsnips, quartered size methods
1 fennel bulb, sliced ( maintain fennel fronds apart)
three banana shallots, quartered size methods
Handful of inexperienced beans
Sprouting stem broccoli
5 small waxy potatoes, lower into wedges
Seasoning
Oregano
Aleppo chilli flakes
Olive oil
Warmth oven to 180’c, in the meantime line a roasting tray with greaseproof paper, throw all of the substances into the lined tray, drizzle with olive oil and blend till all coated
Sprinkle with chilli flakes, oregano and sees on with sea salt and black pepper
Bake within the oven till, sausages cooked via and greens roasted and tender
Previous to serving chop the fennel fronds, sprinkle on the completed bake
I served this with Mary Wyers caramelised onion chutney …. this accompaniment was the star on the plate ❤️ thanks x
