Components…..

6 ouncesself elevating flour
6 ouncescastor sugar
6 ouncesmargarine for baking
three eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
250g blueberries
Consuming apples
5 tablespoons Demerara sugar
For ease … 1 tin of caramel

Methodology…..

Whisk collectively the sugar and margarine in a bowl till mild and fluffy, then add 1 egg at a time with 1/third of the flour sifted and proceed to whisk till all of the eggs and flour combined along with the opposite elements … lastly whisk within the vanilla essence, add the blueberries and fold in…
Switch the combination to a lined cake tin and bake within the oven at 180.c, bake till the cake risen and examine by pushing skewer into centre of cake, when it comes out clear, take away cake and permit to chill.
