Tuna and Broccoli Pasta Bake

Substances

300g pasta
400g broccoli, minimize into small florets
2 x 200g tuna, drained
295g tin of condensed mushroom soup
150ml milk
100g cheddar, grated
1 commonplace packet of salted crisps

Technique

Preheat oven to 180’c
Cook dinner the pasta for 10 to 12 minutes in boiling salted water, add the broccoli for final three minutes, then drain.
Tip the pasta/broccoli into an oven proof dish, scatter the tuna over.
Combine the condensed soup with the milk to create a sauce, then pour over the tuna and pasta, stir gently till combined and coated.
Sprinkle two thirds of the cheese after which crush the crisps and scatter over the pasta, then sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes till golden …
