Weetabix Loaf …… Elements
2 weetabix
200ml skimmed milk
2 eggs
three tbsp sweetener
1 tsp combined spice
40g sultanas
100g self elevating flour
Technique
In a bowl place the weetabix and add the milk, depart to soak for five minutes then mash and blend collectively.
Beat the eggs and add to the bowl with all of the remaining elements ….. combine collectively till you get a batter.
Line a 450g Loaf tin with grease proof paper, add the batter and bake for 1 hour in a 180’c oven.
