Chilli Lemon Cod Loin & Broccoli Spaghetti

Serves 2 at 472 cal per portion
Substances
150g tenderstem broccoli
100g dried spaghetti
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/2 tsp flakes sea salt
1/2 tsp coarse floor black pepper
2 cod loin about 150g every
1 tablespoon olive oil
100g small vine tomatoes halved
three spring onions chopped
Contemporary squeezed juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp candy chilli sauce
three heaped tablespoons chopped recent parsley
Lemon wedges for squeezing

Technique

Firstly boil some water and add pasta, trim the broccoli and minimize every stem into halve retaining the pinnacle intact.
