Nice use of Sunday dinner leftovers, use any leftovers as a filling

These are hen and greens with the addition of mint and oregano.

Strive totally different variations by including curry spices to the filling, chilli and so on.

Merely take a sheet of purchased filo add some filling and fold again and again to make a triangle, take an egg, whisk and baste the parcels with a pastry brush.
Bake within the oven at 180’c till golden and crispy.

One other tip …. use any left over gravy as a sauce, once more use numerous spices to raise the gravy to a brand new dimension reminiscent of curry flavour if you happen to doing a curry themed filling…..
