Orange and Basil Rooster served with inexperienced beans, pink peppers & sticky rice (non-compulsory balsamic glaze)
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp recent basil chopped
2 rooster breasts at 125g every
Salt and black pepper
Optionally available chilli flakes
1 pink pepper
100g inexperienced beans
200g cooked rice
Preheat oven to 180’c, mix the marmalade with the citrus juices, basil and seasoning.
Slice the pink pepper into strips and put in oven proof dish together with the inexperienced beans, reduce the rooster into massive strips and place over the greens, pour over the citrus combine.
Optionally available add a small sprinkle of chilli flakes.
Prepare dinner in oven for 20 minutes or till cooked by, baste half means by.
In the meantime cook dinner your rice…. I used Thai sticky rice
Serve and pour over somewhat of the citrus inventory from the casserole dish
