Spicy Beef meatballs in a tomato sauce & tagliatelle
500g beef mince
2 crimson chillies seeded, finely chopped or 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 egg, overwhelmed
30g dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
three banana shallots, finely chopped

400g tin kidney beans, drained

150 ml water
150ml beef inventory
